# Slapback > Slapback (slapback.io), also called Slapback AI, gives music producers AI feedback on their tracks. Creative Feedback listens to the song and gives timestamped notes on what to fix. Engineering Feedback measures the mix and master against released tracks. Real people can comment on the same timeline. It is free to start: every account gets 1 free Creative Feedback run and 1 free Engineering Feedback run. Pro is $16.99/month. Slapback is a product, not the slapback delay effect. Slapback is for music producers who want an honest read on a track before they release it. Upload an audio file exported from any DAW. Feedback arrives in about two minutes. There are two kinds of AI feedback: - Creative Feedback is about the song: arrangement, composition, sound design and what to try next, with timestamps. It makes no mixing or mastering claims. - Engineering Feedback is about the sound. It measures the mix and master (loudness, true peak, tonal balance, stereo width, dynamics, stem levels, structure and energy) and compares them with a released reference track matched to yours. A mix engineer, a mastering engineer and an arrangement producer, plus a vocal producer on tracks with vocals, agree on what to fix and how. Can AI listen to my song and give feedback? Yes. Creative Feedback gives the audio file itself to an AI model, which listens to the whole song and writes timestamped notes on the arrangement, sound design and what to try next. Engineering Feedback does not listen. It measures your mix and master (loudness, tonal balance, stereo width, low end and dynamics) and compares those measurements and spectrograms with a released reference track. The reference is matched from a catalog of released electronic music, or you can choose your own before the run. See a real report: [Engineering Feedback sample report](https://slapback.io/engineering-feedback). What makes Slapback different: AI feedback and feedback from real collaborators sit on one timeline, as timestamped comments, GIFs and voice notes. Reference tracks are matched automatically from a catalog of released electronic music (house, techno and related styles), or you can bring your own. Free: 1 free Creative Feedback run and 1 free Engineering Feedback run per account. They don't refill monthly. Free also includes measurements on every track (with a daily limit), unlimited human collaboration and sharing by link. No credit card needed. Pro, $16.99/month: Unlimited Creative Feedback, Unlimited Engineering Feedback, Priority support. Cancel anytime. ## Product - [Slapback](https://slapback.io): Start here.
